Attachments & Telecom Business Services (ATBS) provides a single point of contact for all who wish to gain access to PPL Electric Utility (PPLEU) infrastructure. ATBS is responsible for:

• Attachment agreements
• Applications for new pole attachments or removals
• Applications for conduit occupancy
• Applications for telecommunication occupancy of PPLEU real estate
• Lease agreements for PPLEU–owned fiber optic cables
• Surveys of existing attachments
• Billing and collections for all the above services
